Preservatives on the market:


1, Isothiazolinone (CMIT+MIT=3:1), usually light yellow or light blue transparent liquid (magnesium salt or copper salt). In order to avoid undesirable phenomena such as salting out of water-based products caused by divalent salt, many companies have specially developed sodium salt casson (excluding divalent metal salt), such as Combat MV.


2, Isothiazolinone (CMIT+MIT=1:9), generally light yellow transparent liquid, the product is more durable corrosion resistance, such as Combat BV88.


3, CMIT/MIT + formaldehyde, formaldehyde contributes to the stability of CMIT/MIT, enhance the upper protection function of the tank, the combination of high cost performance, in the normal use of concentration, formaldehyde in the paint will not exceed the standard. Such as fungicide HF, 402F and so on.


4, CMIT/MIT + formaldehyde release agent, compared with free formaldehyde, formaldehyde release agent is more mild. There are many formaldehyde releasing agents, such as DMDMH, EGF and so on.


5, CMIT/MIT + Broonopol, contributes to the stability of casson, bactericidal spectrum is wider. But pay attention to the ratio of the two collocation. This is a typical compound fungicide, such as Thor1209, Combat CMB 15.


6, CMIT/MIT +BIT, gray or milky white dispersion, zero VOC, the change of preparation not only reduces the allergic phenomenon of casson and other skin, but also expands the application of PH value. The most important thing is the perfect combination of the rapid sterilization of CMIT/MIT and the durable corrosion protection of BIT, which has a strong synergistic effect and is worthy of recommendation.
