Combat DB 20 Water Treatment Microbiocide is best added to the basin of the system and addition should be made with a metering pump., Combat DB 20 can be added on a continuous basis or intermittently, as necessary to maintain control.

Use with Biopolymers

Combat DB 20 Water Treatment Microbiocide is effective in controlling bacteria, yeast, and fungi in aqueous solutions of biopolymer used in flooding operations. Add 15-80 ppm of Combat DB 20 (1.2-6.4 gal of Combat DB 20 per 2400 barrels of water).

Storage guidance

• Product must be stored in closed, but vented, containers in an area with good general ventilation and out of direct sunlight to prevent build up of vapors over time

• Product must not be stored at T >35ºC

• Avoid adiabatic conditions in pumps which have caused accidents; CO2 evolution and pressure release
